Bourrée Boutique offers returns for store credit within 10 days of purchase for in-store items, and within 14 days of delivery for online orders.
Returns must be unused, unworn, and in brand new condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Bourrée Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the merchandise. Product not in resalable condition will not be accepted.
Tights, undergarments, custom or special orders, vintage items, and clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please try shoes on carefully. We suggest placing a towel on the floor to protect the soles. Returned shoes must be in brand new condition: soles unmarked, drawstrings not pulled tight, shoes clean, and all original packaging and labeling intact.
A discounted return shipping label will be provided; its cost will be deducted from your refund or credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Discounts cannot be combined, and discount codes cannot be applied to items already on sale. Discounts are valid on in-stock items only and do not apply to special orders.
Email your receipt number, the items you'd like to return, your return reason, and any notes to hello@bourreeboutique.com.
If your request is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with a prepaid label. Packages must be shipped within one day of receiving the label. Once the item is delivered back to the store, your refund or credit will be processed.
